Most of the agents prefer telephone marketing, but door to door marketing is another technique to expand your real estate business. Now it is a question, is it important for real estate business?

Before starting door to door marketing, we need to think few steps, these are:

It is a good idea to define the target at the initial level. At first make a package of 2/3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Set the price for your potential customers. Try to find out the market trends. Don’t think over the market rate or under the market rate. Before setting the rate, evaluate the local market trends.

Door to door marketing is called direct marketing. Before communicating with customers, try to find out the leisure period or vacations of the customers. If you are in under developing countries like Bangladesh, vacation is Friday and Saturday. You will have to schedule your time according to their vacations. Suppose, you are in developed countries like USA or Canada, vacation is Saturday and Sunday. You will have to do communicate with your customers on these days. You can knock the people on 5 PM to 7 PM in working days.

Before starting door to door business, you will have to evaluate the price level of real estate. A good real estate agent can easily find out the real price. He can verify the market rate by exchanging information with other agents by telephone or internet service. An expert real estate agent sets up price based on the customer’s ability and choice. If your project is in busy commercial area, you will set up price with the help of other agents in that area.

Price of the real estate projects varies from area to area. If your project is in lower developed area, then price will be depended on the customer’s ability and choice.
